1. Who we are
AI Nostalgia Photo Trend (ainostalgiaphototrend.lol) is an independent AI video studio for nostalgic 1980s scenes. It is not affiliated with TikTok, Meta, OpenAI, Google, Seedance, Kling or any studio, record label or artist referenced on this site.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country.
3. Plans and billing
Subscriptions are processed directly by Stripe. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans every year until you cancel from the billing page. Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude local taxes.
4. Photos and likeness
Only upload photos you have the right to use. If a photo includes another person, you confirm you have their permission. You keep the rights you hold in your photos; you give us permission to process them to produce the scene you requested.
5. Generated videos
Videos generated on a paid plan may be used commercially, subject to the rights of any people or works depicted. Do not use the service to impersonate someone, mislead viewers or infringe copyright.
6. The queue
Generation runs on shared capacity. During busy periods a request may wait in a queue, and priority depends on your plan. We may adjust limits to keep the service available for everyone.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use AI Nostalgia Photo Trend to create illegal content, sexually explicit content involving minors, harassment, or content that violates another person's privacy. Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
8. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" and may change or pause features while we improve it. We may update these terms; the version that applies to your subscription is the one published when you subscribe.
